The MEDIFUSE Infusion Process
Let's Get You On Board

The initial steps to get you started on your course of treatment include the following:
- Initial consultation with our doctor
- Medical tests to establish your eligibility for the treatments
- Insurance – Most insurance plans provide coverage. In some cases, your treatment may still be covered even if your insurance does not pay or if you have a high deductible
- A preparatory course of medications that work in concert with your infusion medications to give you the best results
- Talk with our patient care experts who are highly trained in the use of our treatments
- Talk with other patients who have agreed to share their experience
- Schedule your first infusion(s)
Start Your Treatment

Arrive at our infusion site, check in, and make yourself comfortable.
- You’ll be greeted by our highly trained infusion nurse who will be your main point of contact during your treatment
- Start your treatment
- The time of the infusion treatment itself varies depending on a number of factors, including the condition we are treating.
- It’s reasonable to expect that you will be in our facility for a few hours.
- We’ll include some time after the IV is removed for monitoring your reaction to the treatment.
- Confirm your treatment schedule so you can stay on track and get better fast.
- Check out and head home
Continue and Complete Your Course of Treatments

- As your treatment continues, it’s important that you stay on track with any medications we prescribed for you.
- We will also continue to monitor your progress with regular medical tests and consultations with your supervising doctor
- It’s also very important that you keep to your infusion schedule for the best and fastest results
- Complete your course of treatment and celebrate!
MEDIFUSE Infusion Services

KRYSTEXXA® (pegloticase)
Medifuse currently offers a specialized infusion therapy service for patients suffering from chronic gout. This treatment is designed for individuals whose gout has not responded to traditional therapies. Pegloticase works by breaking down uric acid, which accumulates and causes painful joint inflammation in gout patients.
Through Medifuse’s expert infusion services, patients receive Krystexxa via intravenous infusion under the care of trained healthcare professionals in a comfortable, safe environment.
Additional infusion services coming soon.
