The initial steps to get you started on your course of treatment include the following:
- Initial consultation with our doctor
- Medical tests to establish your eligibility for the treatments
- Insurance – Most insurance plans provide coverage. In some cases, your treatment may still be covered even if your insurance does not pay or if you have a high deductible
- A preparatory course of medications that work in concert with your infusion medications to give you the best results
- Talk with our patient care experts who are highly trained in the use of our treatments
- Talk with other patients who have agreed to share their experience
- Schedule your first infusion(s)
Start Your Treatment

Arrive at our infusion site, check in, and make yourself comfortable.
- You’ll be greeted by our highly trained infusion nurse who will be your main point of contact during your treatment
- Start your treatment
- The time of the infusion treatment itself varies depending on a number of factors, including the condition we are treating.
- It’s reasonable to expect that you will be in our facility for a few hours.
- We’ll include some time after the IV is removed for monitoring your reaction to the treatment.
- Confirm your treatment schedule so you can stay on track and get better fast.

Continue and Complete Your Course of Treatments

- As your treatment continues, it’s important that you stay on track with any medications we prescribed for you.
- We will also continue to monitor your progress with regular medical tests and consultations with your supervising doctor
- It’s also very important that you keep to your infusion schedule for the best and fastest results
